This is an excellent book for everyone. Everyone failes at times and sometimes the failures are overwhelming. Instead of getting depressed or running away from our past, the author gives the reader easy to understand ways of thinking about failure , of ways to overcome it and of letting one use past failures create a better tomorrow. John C Maxwell uses many examples of people have overcome past mistakes and believes you can too. I am a big fan of John C Maxwell and I recomend this book highly.
