This book was required for a Human Factors class, and it's a good starting point for concepts and covers a lot of material. Its biggest downfall is that a lot of the topics/examples on "current" technology is dated to the 80-90s, and it can be quite a history lesson to see what a couple of the first computers looked like. The book could also have simplified the verbiage to be more reader-friendly, but other than that it's an effective one stop read.
