Alibris has repeatedly sent the wrong items which indicates that there are shipping flaws indicating inept material handlers or opportunistic thieves who see a title that they can get for themselves.

Extremely hard to return defective new book with broken binding. Unable to print shipping label. 2 more days to hear from Alibris. I had to pay for shipping. I will make a point of NOT ordering from Alibris warehouse again or swith to Amazon.

The book was inside a thin plastic mailer that arrived with a cut across the width, near the middle. As a result, the front cover has a slight cut of 4 1/2 inches across the front. It would be better to send a book in thicker, more sturdy material.
