Received this book with a HUGE RED STICKER on the front. In the process of removing it, the cover tore away as well. Why would the shipper put this sticker on the front cover, crazy. The description should say "big red sticker on front cover ruins this"

This book was NOT in Very Good condition. Covered with torn stickers, bent front cover, whole book badly scuffed. I have been buying books online for 20+ years, hardly ever had trouble until a few years ago -- always could count on HPB. Not any more!

What arrived in the mail was a cassette tape--not the cd as the listing claimed. I am not going to seek further redress for this blunder, since the time and expense to return the item is not worth the effort.
